Growing up in Slovenia, we noticed something strange — thousands of real, capable businesses operating with no online presence at all. Bakeries, tradespeople, consultants, local shops. All invisible to anyone searching online.
The ones that did have websites often had outdated, slow, or generic sites that did nothing for their business. It wasn't a design problem. It was an access problem — businesses didn't know where to turn, or couldn't afford agency prices without clear ROI.
